We coach a variety of workouts based on the color of the day. The four colors of Fight Fit are green (upper body), yellow (middle body and core), red (lower body) and orange (striking mixed with cardio).

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a person how to defend themselves against an opponent by using leverage and proper technique. Boxing & MMA
In Jiu Jitsu Life’s MMA and Striking classes, you learn from the best. Coach Sargent has trained and cornered over 20 UFC fighters and hundreds of up and coming amateur to beginning pro fighters.
Classes focus on fundamentals of boxing and kick-boxing. They consist of jumping rope, shadow boxing, hitting the bags, hitting the mitts and holding pads. You will learn how to maximize your body movements to develop coordination, strength and stamina.
Classes also focus on a functional MMA aspects consisting of striking, wrestling and submission grappling, which can be applied towards self defense or competitive fighting events.
Kids Jiu Jitsu& MMA
Jiu Jitsu is arguably the most effective martial art in existence today. Our kids program is focused on building a Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Foundation, centered on self-defense and anti-bullying.
Along with helping them develop discipline and respect, kids also learn social skills, listening skills, self-control and increased focus. As a student of Jiu Jitsu, your child will learn skills to overcome the challenges and obstacles he encounters in life.
Your child will also develop physically as they gain strength, coordination, agility and flexibility. Jiu Jitsu training often results in more respectful behavior, and even improved performance in school.
